Work directly on a dedicated client account, managing ongoing bookkeeping and VAT-related tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including invoice posting, ledger updates, and bank transactions using Xero and Sage. Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Prepare VAT returns by analysing sales, purchases, and tax data in compliance with regulations. Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely processing and payment of supplier invoices. Collaborate with payroll, credit control, and directly communicate with clients to resolve queries and maintain accurate financial records.
