Je vous accompagnerai dans la méditation et le counseling thérapeutique

With increasing demands from the external environment, it often becomes difficult to remain connected and collected up there inside our heads, making emotions like STRESS, ANXIETY, NUMBNESS, AND LONELINESS FEEL very distinct. Through therapy and meditation focused particularly on root chakra , heart and throat chakra we can relieve pent up emotional obstacles. I as your coach will help you to heal. My methods include eastern practices rooted in Vedic healing practices specific to Ayurveda , mindfulness and ethical counselling procedures to help you embark on a journey of healing.
