Implementation of Zoho CRM build from scratch for an insurance company (Skydd), the main client to Anchor Bridge Consulting with Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Voice, Zoho Forms and Zoho Campaigns set up and integration with Zoho CRM. Modules were created in CRM to fit into the client company's need and value. HMO, Plans, Policies, Enrollees, Leads were set up.
