TLDR: Don't expect much design skill or understanding from this team. Poor attention to detail and eye for design. I had this incredibly hard task - design a bill board for my music festival. I had basically no further details and the task was completed quickly and well. My music festival is run by a non profit board so i had to get a few reviews in, and he even did that. I am super happy with the outcome.
