She did not deliver the work that was requested. She does not understand what she is doing. Several times I had to reinstall and reconfigure WordPress because of the errors she caused. She kept saying she was working on the project and would deliver it, but days would pass and nothing was done. People like this should not even be allowed on these platforms.
