I have led and executed statutory audit and accounting review engagements for private companies, government agencies, NGOs, and International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs). My responsibilities have included end-to-end involvement in audit planning, execution, supervision, and review, with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and professional judgment. I have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Nepal Accounting Standards (NAS), including standards applicable to non-profit organizations and micro enterprises. I regularly review and validate the work performed by audit team members to ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, audit requirements, and quality benchmarks. In addition, I manage tax and regulatory compliance matters, including the preparation and filing of income tax returns, VAT returns, and electronic tax deductions at source (e-TDS). I have also served in a team leadership capacity, coordinating audit teams of up to four professionals, overseeing timelines, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for diverse stakeholders
