As an independent author, I’m pretty ‘savvy’ with book type setting, etc but decided to use the Lulu platform, and I don’t have the skills (or the time to learn them!) for all their formats. Working with Bismanoor solved all of that and for a great price too. I chose her because of her super reviews....

She did not pay attention at a simple job of replacing text. She was taking too long to do something simple. I cancelled when I realized that I received graphics that I provided to her rather than files that I requested.
