  3. Development of web app and finalize cloud architecture and provider.
  4. Setup APIs like mobile messaging, google/twitter/MS 365 login etc.
  5. Cloud infra cost will be borne by the owner.
  6. Launch app, which includes installing application on cloud.
  7. Bug maintenance
