• Operate and maintain BotStats, a Discord bot automating creator performance tracking, monthly Excel data pipelines, and moderation/appeals workflows for a talent agency. • Debugged and extended core analytics modules (Python/Pandas), including fixing attribute errors in data-loading logic and automating monthly file rotation (previously manual). • Deployed and manage the bot on a VPS/AWS for 24/7 uptime. • Built supporting AI features (content idea generation, creator feedback reports) using OpenAI integration.
