FAQ
What file formats do you need to perform an update?
Please provide your current vector source file, such as an .AI, .EPS, or editable .PDF. If you only have a flat image like a .JPG or .PNG, please message me first so I can check its layout resolution.
Can you modify a physical plush toy if I send you a picture?
Yes! I can look at a photo of your existing physical plush prototype, identify the design flaws or parts you want to change, and recreate the updated digital blueprints, tech packs, or 3D files for you.
Do your updates include checking factory manufacturing limits?
Yes. Every geometric shift, color adjustment, or clothing accessory addition is designed to respect real-world textile stretch limits and industrial sewing constraints to avoid manufacturing errors.
Can you add multiple seasonal clothing options to my character?
Yes! The Standard package includes one custom outfit or major adjustment. If you need a full collection of seasonal gear (e.g., Spring, Summer, Halloween, Christmas gear), please message me for a custom quote.
