Really exceed my expectation. I expect will need revisions but Noreen fix all the detail comments in one go without the need of second advise. Works delivered early than expected. I even put them for AI to comments. This is my first time receiving positive reply from AI without improvement needed. Great work! I approved them without revision.

Noreen was very patient and understanding. This was the first journal i've ever written and i had a lot of questions which Noreen answered and let me take my time when it came to finalising the designs. I also made changes regularly which Noreen had no problem with. She also encouraged me to made a PDF...

Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience at the end. Fatimah accepted the project and payment but failed to complete the hyperlinked planner. After repeated attempts to communicate, I was blocked by Fatimah(can you imagine), and the order was left unfinished. This caused delays and frustration....
