My foundation is in osteopathy and body-based practice, but my work has evolved into nervous system and energy integration. I help open-minded clients who feel stuck in their body or life reconnect with their own inner regulation. I don’t force change — I create the conditions where the system can move again. Sessions are subtle, responsive, and deeply individualized.
