Complete scam. We ordered female human Hmong voiceover, this vendor claims "100% real and human service. * We never use any machine, software, or Google". The audio we received was clearly created using a TTS engine, this guy is so lazy he just pasted the whole text into the TTS and generated it using...

Didn't deliver what I wanted. Sent the translation in a font I couldn't copy. When asked to proofread the work I did after using google translate, they sent back a pdf file that wouldn't open. It was only $12 so I just accepted delivery of nothing and am now writing this review. 1/5 stars. Won't use again.
