What do you need from me to start?
I will need your website or app link and any specific areas you want me to focus on (if applicable). If no instructions are given, I will test it from a normal user perspective.
What type of feedback will I receive?
You will receive clear, honest feedback on usability, navigation, design clarity, and overall user experience. Depending on your package, this may include written reports, screenshots, or screen recordings.
Do you test both desktop and mobile?
Yes, depending on the package you choose. Standard and Premium packages include both desktop and mobile testing.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions include clarification of feedback or small adjustments to the report. They do not include re-testing a new website or completely different pages.
Do you fix or change anything on my website?
No. I only provide feedback and suggestions. I do not directly edit or modify your website or app.
Can you test more than one page?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of pages, and you can add extra pages as an add-on when placing your order.
Will I get a screen recording?
Only Premium packages include a screen recording walkthrough with real-time feedback.
How fast will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the package, typically 2–3 days. Faster delivery may be available as an add-on.
