I have been writing xactimate roofing estimates and supplements for 7 years. Many insurance estimates exclude items that can be added back in making you, the contractor extra money for each project. I also have experience with gutters and other exterior items like windows and window screens, etc.
I will also include photos in the xactimate estimate if provided.
