1. Completion settlement review (1) Review the compliance, completeness, and completeness of the settlement procedures for branch engineering projects; (2) After the completion of the project, review the performance of the subsidiary's contract, review the completed project quantity, and verify whether the subsidiary has completed all the work in accordance with the contract agreement; (3) Review the consistency between the actual engineering quantity, model specifications, and contract documents submitted by the subsidiary to the subcontractor; (4) Review the completion settlement amount submitted by the subsidiary to the subcontractor and issue a completion settlement opinion; 6. Pre bidding contract risk assessment and organizing cost disclosure meetings;

1. Tender Management: Cooperate with the procurement department to produce the bill of quantities and provide interface divisions, and offer explanations for any tender inquiries. 2. Contract Management: Plan construction contracts for various disciplines, calculate the project’s payable funds, and submit the next month's fund plan to the group; responsible for project process management including contract interpretation, signing, acceptance, payment, settlement, and maintenance. 4. Settlement Management (including planning and target responsibility management): Responsible for subcontract settlement management, including but not limited to: confirming contract expenses, approving variations outside the contract, setting new unit prices, and reviewing claims and compensation costs; manage claims and counterclaims, with a contractor claim of 7.6 million ultimately determined to be 1.7535 million.
