Hello, it's Dogu. I set the creative standard at BUBI: pacing, structure and the finishing style each channel is cut to. My own craft is audio; dialogue clarity, dynamics and mix depth are where a video quietly wins or loses, so that layer never leaves my desk. I also lead our partner meetings, from the first conversation to the monthly strategy call, so decisions are made with the person who does the creative work, not relayed through anyone.

Hi, Kubra here. I run the operational side of BUBI: intake and scope, timelines, review loops, version-controlled delivery, and the final quality check every file passes before it reaches you. I am also the coordination point of the partnership; I keep BUBI and your side moving as one team, including your videographers, marketing people or anyone else in your workflow. You film; we protect quality in finishing and the schedule with it.
