The end result was helpful including the itemised takeoff of materials which was outstanding. However I have doubts regarding the final costing provided as there was limited breakdown of costs and details regarding where the information and build rates were obtained especially as relating to constructions...

This seller is the best seller I ever dealt with. I hired him to do an estimate, he went ahead and gave me a lot more than I asked for. He is also open to feedback. I made some suggestions to him after the first project and he followed instructions very well. I plan on working with him regularly from now on. If I could, I would give him 6 stars.

He didn't deliver what was agreed on. Very rude and disrespectful. Lots of mistakes. Don't waste your money and time.
