Marcus grew up in Columbus, OH, the son of a civil contractor and a school principal. From early on, I was drawn to the intersection of design and engineering, how buildings think, not just how they look. I pursued architectural technology rather than pure architecture, believing the technical core is where buildings succeed or fail. Over 14 years, I has built expertise across commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects, with deep fluency in building envelope systems, MEP coordination, and sustainable construction practices....
