Seller forgot to send my passport to IRS (even though this was his primary work, certify passport). Because this i have waited 5.5months instead of 2-3months. Seller tried to charge me 150$ for regural call to check status. Neither sorry or anything for all this delays. Avoid this seller!

Good overall experience. The process took a little longer because the IRS requested additional documents related to passport certification, but the team handled it and submitted everything correctly. They did make a few mistakes on my W-7 form (my name and date of birth), but I caught them before it...
