Designed the complete user experience and interface for Vantra, a logistics platform enabling live fleet tracking for transportation businesses. The project required balancing information-dense dashboards (real-time vehicle locations, delivery statuses, route analytics) with a clean, low-friction interface usable by dispatchers under time pressure. Scope of Work: User research and workflow mapping for dispatchers, drivers, and fleet managers Information architecture for multi-role access (admin, dispatcher, driver views) Wireframing and interactive prototyping (low-fidelity to high-fidelity) Visual design system: typography, color, iconography, and component library Live map and tracking UI optimized for real-time data legibility Responsive design across mobile (Flutter) and web (React) platforms Usability testing and iteration based on dispatcher feedback Outcome: Delivered a production-ready design system that reduced dispatcher decision time on live tracking screens and gave the engineering team a fully specified component library for Flutter and React implementation — eliminating design-dev handoff friction.
