Delivered: live HERE Maps with fill-level color coding, 3 intelligent collection route types with KPIs, a 5-step Field Installation wizard, a full CRUD User Management system against ThingsBoard PE API, real-time alarm console (fire, overflow, tilt, battery), and mobile-first navigation with native app-like UX. — Built real-time monitoring widgets: interactive maps with HERE Maps, ECharts graphs with linear regression, and KPIs with OSHA thresholds for H2S/NH3 sensors. — Implemented predictive maintenance system with vibration sensors: bearing lifespan estimation, failure pattern detection, and confidence scoring.
