Calvin was professional and cooperative throughout the inspection process. There were a few mistakes in the initial report, but they were addressed and corrected afterward. Communication was good, and he was responsive to our feedback. Overall, a good experience, and I appreciate his efforts.

WORST AND MOST TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. He falsified documents to extort money from me. Berated me, harrased and bullied me, using curse words because I refused to allow him take money for service he did not provide and refused to provide.

Excellent service! Calvin is incredibly detail-oriented and professional. He caught critical issues during the inspection that others might have missed and provided a very clear, comprehensive report. Highly recommended for any e-commerce seller!

Calvin was thorough, professional and overall easy to deal with. The professional report and videos gave us a great insite and relief being UK based when dealing with our manufacturer overseas. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks Calvin.

Calvin did exactly what the manufacturer themselves didn’t do! He sent pictures of everything, by that I mean everything. Can’t recommend enough, very good and will be using again.
