Responsible for the planning and operational execution of the entertainment areas at the event. My main role was to act as a liaison between the technical needs of each space and the overall production team, ensuring efficient space allocation. I comprehensively managed the promotional aspects of the "Déjalos Reír Déjalos Crecer" (Let Them Laugh, Let Them Grow) project, which included prospecting, negotiating, and contracting internal and external vendors. I oversaw compliance with each partner's specific requirements to guarantee a seamless experience throughout the event, from pre-production to post-production and closing.
