Do I have to have ADHD to receive your services?
No! All types of people benefit from body doubles/accountability partners! ADHD and Non-ADHD people are all welcome!
Do you provide assessments to receive a diagnosis of ADHD?
No! If you suspect you have ADHD, the best advice is for you to talk to your doctor. I can only provide behavioral strategies that have helped me cope.
Are you a doctor/licensed medical professional?
No! While I do have a psychology degree, I am not a licensed doctor or therapist. I do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.
