How can I make sure you understand my requirements 100%?
1. Describe your problem and the desired solution/output that you need? 2. Please share your file with me or attach a screenshot so I can understand your description better. 3. You can also record a video screenshare using Loom to make the most efficient guide for what you need.
Why do I have to contact you before ordering?
I always appreciate buyers contacting me to discuss the requirements for me to make sure your requirement is feasible. I will send you a custom offer based on the job size. So please contact me before ordering to avoid the order cancellation as it punishes me in the Fiverr algorithm.
Can I send you the files through email?
Yes, only if for some valid reason you are not able to send the files here. For example, you cannot upload the files for their bigger size or you are easy to forward the email you have files in. You may also need my email address to give me access to the google sheets.
Do you offer revisions or after sale services?
Yes, I provide free revisions and after sale services as long as it's withing the scope of work. I will charge another fee if revision is not included in the previous orders. This is to avoid exploitation of endless free revisions.

How do I know my data is secure?
I take the protection of your data very seriously. Once I complete the order, I usually just delete your file to save my laptop's memory. No worries about about confidential data being spread because I don't gain anything from doing that.
Can we communicate via Gmeet, Zoom or Skype?
Yes, we may schedule a virtual meeting only for screen sharing and resolving problems to brainstorm or consult the feasibility of your intended output. This is a separate consultation so I will charge a separate $10 for up to 20 minutes call.
Can I send you the funds outside of Fiverr?
No, it is totally against the Fiverr's term & conditions. Never expect from me that I would accept your offer outside of Fiverr and circumvent the Fiverr's working system.
