Before importing your Shopify product CSV, get a focused review of common file and data issues.
This new service uses automated local checks and AI-assisted explanations. It flags selected issues with CSV structure, prices, status values, repeated SKUs, variant combinations and image URL syntax. You receive a readable HTML report and a plain-text summary; your source file stays unchanged.
Includes one product-only UTF-8 CSV of up to 500 data records and 20 MiB, plus one rerun after you make corrections. Tell me whether you are creating or updating products.
This is a partial preflight review, not a complete Shopify validator or a guarantee of import success. It excludes live-store access, imports, automatic repairs, inventory reconciliation, image hosting and custom app or metafield validation.
The sample uses synthetic data, not client results. Please message me here before ordering if your file has complex variants or custom fields. Do not send passwords or customer data.
FAQ
Will you edit or upload my products?
No. This service provides a report of selected issues. You make corrections and perform any import separately, after backing up your data and testing a small sample.
Does a clean report guarantee a successful import?
No. This is a partial offline review of selected fields. Shopify and connected apps can impose requirements the checks cannot verify. A report is not certification that a file is safe to import.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. Send only a product CSV that you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, API keys, customer records, order records or other sensitive account data.
What counts as a revision?
One rerun after your corrections to the same catalog, within the original limit of 500 data records and 20 MiB. A different catalog or added scope requires a separate agreement.
Can you review Excel files or complex custom fields?
This pilot accepts product-only UTF-8 CSV files, not XLSX files. Custom app fields, metafield validation and complex variant structures may be outside scope. Message me on Fiverr before ordering so we can check the fit.
