The plastic part broke and the manufacturer doesn't sell it anymore, or wants $80 for it. Mail it to me (or send good photos with measurements) and I'll model it, fix the weak spot that made it fail, and ship you replacements.


I run Catalyst R&D in Comanche, TX. Years of energy sector project work, with every part verified using methods adapted from aerospace qualification practice. That means the replacement isn't just the same shape: it's the same shape with the failure mode designed out. Material matched to the job: PETG for general duty, ABS for heat and outdoors, TPU for flex, carbon-fiber composites for stiffness.

2. Mail the part (US address provided) or send dimensioned photos

3. I model, reinforce, print, test-fit against your description, and ship
