I am just retired as Senior Director (Scientist G), Electronics Regional Test Laboratory (East), Government of India, Kolkata after 40 years of service. I did my Graduation in Engineering in Electronics stream B. E (Electronics) and post graduation MSc (Quality Management) in Quality Management from Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK. I was involved with ISO 17025 activity /assessment since its inception 1990s and done many assessments. I am also lead assessor for QMS (ISO 9001:2015), ISMS (ISO 27001) and ITSMS (ISO 20000-1) & done huge number of audits (more than 1000 man-days).
