I designed and built a premium Wix website for a Singapore artisan bakery rooted in heritage flavours and French technique. Key Highlights: Cinematic hero with dual CTA architecture for menu exploration and direct ordering Conversion-optimised menu grid showcasing six signature SKUs with locality-driven storytelling Brand narrative section built to establish emotional authority and repeat visits Mobile-first order form with outlet-specific pickup logic wired for lead capture. The Challenge: Saffron Dough & Co. needed more than a beautiful bakery website. It needed a digital experience that replicated the warmth of a Tiong Bahru shophouse kitchen while moving visitors from first impression to submitted order without a single moment of hesitation. The Solution: Wix Built: Full site hand-composed at custom breakpoints across desktop, tablet and mobile no ADI shortcuts, every layout decision preserving visual hierarchy and brand precision. Hero and CRO: Cinematic full-bleed hero over a signature bakes flat-lay communicating product range within two seconds, anchored by a dual CTA structure driving immediate conversion. Menu Grid: Six-card responsive grid with product photography, SGD pricing, flavour narratives and Signature, Bestseller and New badge logic reducing cognitive load and shortening the path from browsing to ordering. CRM Integration: Wix native form connected into Wix CRM with Go High Level webhook capability automated confirmations, team alerts and follow-up sequences without manual intervention. SEO Foundation: Semantic heading hierarchy, location-anchored keywords and full sitemap configuration targeting Singapore artisan bakery local search from day one. The Outcome: A brand-coherent conversion system built to perform from hero to order form with a live CRM pipeline and SEO foundation that communicates heritage, craft and trust from the very first scroll.
