I am the Principal Architect and Founder of KUN Architects, an architectural and development practice based in Knowledge City, Adivaram, Calicut, established in 2025. I specialize in architectural design, master planning, and project development, providing complete solutions from concept design to construction coordination. Through KUN Architects, I have been involved in a range of projects including residential developments, gated communities, resorts, and institutional projects. One of the key ongoing developments is Markaz Knowledge Garden, a large-scale knowledge-based masterplan that includes Shaikh Aboobacker Institutes, a 130-villa gated residential community, and an Islamic academic and AI campus. My professional approach focuses on combining creative architectural thinking with practical construction knowledge. I work closely with clients to develop functional, context-responsive designs while ensuring efficient project management and clear architectural documentation. My services include architectural design, master planning, site planning, 3D visualization, architectural documentation, construction coordination, and project management, helping clients turn ideas into well-executed built environments.
