Why do you base your packages on one photo?
This is the best way for me to handle workload of photos while giving professional quality.
What should I do before place an order?
Before place an order you should contact me, send the image that needs retouching, and provide information about what you would like to be done to your image. I will only work on your images if I am sure that make them better or help you with your request.
Why don't you charge cheaper?
I think that based on my experience, the prices I am giving are competitive and fair. I cannot charge less due to the fact that good editing takes time.
What happens if my photo does not come in on time?
If I am unable to finish a project on time as requested, then I will let you know beforehand unless an emergency occurs. If the date is completely missed then a refund will be given.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Sure! This part is negotiable - please send me a message with all the details – mostly the task description and the number of images.
What file formats do you work with?
Basically any file formats (JPEG, PNG, EPS, PSD, AI, TIFF, PDF, DXF...), as long as the file opens properly on my system. I will let you know if it does not. :)
