Led the design and delivery of data, AI and automation solutions for the company’s business areas. Built and led the Analytics Hub, a full-stack analytics services platform (React, Node.js, SQL Server) with generative AI integrated through the Claude API, including an AI quality-review layer that checks Power BI files before they are published. Designed and deployed production generative AI solutions (Power Automate + Claude API) for automatic detection and diagnosis of data quality issues. Reviewed Power BI models through MCP (Model Context Protocol) to generate technical documentation, data dictionaries and improvement recommendations. Designed a report lineage inventory with an AI chatbot that answers questions using each report’s own context. Developed Machine Learning models (Python, scikit-learn) for prediction and segmentation to support operational decisions. Built enterprise Power BI semantic models and dashboards (KPIs, RLS, deployment pipelines). Proposed and led business process automation initiatives with Power Automate and Power Apps. Collaborated on the enterprise master data governance project, defining Data Product Owner and Data Steward roles and creating training material for users.
