National University of Colombia, As a trainer and mentor for innovation projects at the National University of Colombia, I participated in programs focused on developing skills for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and guided multidisciplinary teams through problem identification, as well as the formulation, development, and validation of solutions with social, technological, and cultural impact. Additionally, I participated in evaluating and providing feedback on performance indicators, combining technical expertise with pedagogical methodologies aimed at fostering digital literacy and problem-solving skills.
