I can create MS Excel formulas for 2007 and 2010. Capability outside of these two versions cannot be promised, though I will do my best. I can do text parsing, arithmetic, reference lookup, conditional, and formatting formulas. I will provide formulas that work for a single sell, or for rows or columns.
