My name is Chamal, and I specialize in designing reliable, high-quality, well-designed enclosures built for real-world use and manufacturing.
Designs are optimized for production-ready real manufacturing, not just visual models.
I design custom enclosures for:
- PCB and microcontroller systems
- Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Jetson & other SBCs
- IoT and embedded devices
All designs can be optimized for:
- 3D printing
- Injection molding
- Sheet metal fabrication
Features include:
- IP-rated (waterproof & dustproof concepts)
- Screw-fit, snap-fit, hinge, and sliding mechanisms
- PCB mounting, cable routing, and ventilation
You will receive:
- STL (print-ready)
- STEP (editable CAD)
- 2D drawings (if required)
- 3D renders
If you don't have a PCB yet, I can guide or assist with that.
Before ordering, please provide:
- Idea/sketch/reference
- PCB or internal dimensions
- Manufacturing method

What are your Qualifications?
I am a Mechanical Engineer specialising in Mechatronics with over two years of industrial experience and working as a freelancer for five years, providing a vast range of services in product development to companies and individuals. I run a prototyping and 3d printing service for my customers.
What if I do not have cad file of the PCB?
You can provide me the Dimensions of the PCB (Length, Width, Shape) and hole locations in a hand drawn sketch. feel free to contact me we can work this out easily.
What Manufacturing process should I choose ?
It depends on few factors, 1) the quantity that you required 2) industrial grades (IP ratings and safety requirements) if you are making a plastic part I prefer for you to go with 3d printing, and then for injection molding in a large scale manufacturing. I am happy to help in your journey.
What are the file types that you can provide?
3D Cad files - STl , OBJ , SLDPRT , SLDASM , STEP, IGES 2D Drawings - DXF , DWG , PDF , SLDDRW , PSD , PNG , JPG Renders/Images - PDF, PNG, JPG Renders /Videos - AVI , MP4
