I assisted a Latin-Asian fusion catering and food service company with preparing a professional response to an RFP. My role was to review the solicitation requirements, organize the company’s service information, and develop a clear and compelling proposal response aligned with the client’s needs. The proposal highlighted the company’s capabilities in catering and events, corporate food services, mobile bar services, food trucks, concessions and venue management, and government and institutional food service. I also incorporated information regarding customized menus, fresh and locally sourced ingredients, diverse cuisine options, special dietary accommodations, staffing, operations, and event management. The primary challenge was presenting a broad range of food and beverage services in a structured format while clearly demonstrating the company’s ability to meet the RFP requirements. I transformed the client-provided information into a professional proposal narrative designed to communicate their capabilities, service quality, operational readiness, and value to the prospective contracting organization.

My role included reviewing solicitation requirements, organizing company information, developing compliant proposal narratives, and presenting the company’s capabilities in a clear and competitive format. I highlighted ESP Security Service’s experience providing certified security guards across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, as well as its leadership by retired law enforcement professionals. The proposals emphasized the company’s disciplined approach, trained personnel, safety-focused operations, and ability to support environments such as schools and public institutions. My support helped ESP present its qualifications, service capabilities, staffing approach, and value more effectively to contracting organizations. By developing structured and requirement-focused proposals, I helped strengthen the client’s ability to compete for opportunities, pursue new contracts, and achieve its business growth goals through government and institutional contracting.
