I worked here as a Project Manager, where I was responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle from concept to delivery. My role involved coordinating UI/UX design in Figma, managing the development process, and ensuring alignment between design and technical implementation. I handled direct client communication, gathered and refined requirements, translated them into actionable tasks for the team, and monitored progress to ensure timelines and quality standards were met. I also supervised testing, revisions, and final deployment to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
