Unless you have specifically ordered copywriting services as an add-on, then all text content on the website MUST be sent and written by you. My team and I can provide copywriting for an additional fee.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for the loss of your website due to user error or malfunctioning plugins/files that have been installed after the delivery of your website. I always suggest that you obtain hosting with automated backups to keep a copy.

Hourly meetings via Fiverr's Zoom integration are available for a fee and are NOT included as part of any of my gigs. However, you are welcome to message me on Fiverr chat free of charge.

Licenses for themes & plugins aren't included with my gigs, except for Elementor Pro (if needed), Astra, OceanWP, and Neve. These are agency licenses, covered by my agency, so you won’t get individual licenses but will have full access through my coverage.
