I am a professional Customer care agent with 6 years of experience in a call center and my core strength are receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, telemarketing, live chats and emails, resolving customer's issues and escalation. I am good with CRM tools such as zendesk and others. I am also very familiar with ecommerce apps such as Shopify, Oberlo, and am open to learn new ones.
