Led a phased full migration of a complex multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform from Base44 to a fully independent custom infrastructure. The existing system served marketing agencies and their clients across modules covering leads, clients, projects, payments, expenses, WhatsApp via Green API, Facebook Lead Ads, TikTok Lead Ads, Google Ads, Google Calendar, a cross-platform reporting system, and an automation engine with triggers and workflows. Designed and implemented the new PostgreSQL database schema with proper multi-tenant isolation, JWT-based authentication, and role-based access control using Node.js. Replaced all Base44 SDK dependencies with a fully API-first architecture. Migrated core CRM modules across phased milestones covering architecture, core module porting, third-party integration reconnection, reporting engine reconstruction, and final production deployment. Used Claude and Cursor throughout development.

Identified the highest-leverage fixes and structural weaknesses preventing the prototype from functioning end-to-end. Produced a detailed written audit report outlining what was broken, what was salvageable, and the fastest path to a working MVP without a full rebuild. Delivered the audit as a fixed-price milestone with clear recommendations for follow-on implementation phases, establishing a technical advisory foundation for the ongoing development relationship with the client.
