Do I need to sent you our product?
Yes, all documentation, custom clearance and taxes will need to be borne by you.
Can you ship my product back to me?
If you need to return your product, you must provide a pre-paid return label. Duties and taxes are your responsibility. For orders over $150, returns are free. For unsuccessful orders, a €20 service fee applies. For orders under $150, a €5 service fee applies.
