My areas of expertise are education and fitness. I have over fifteen years in education teaching middle and high school social studies and as an assistant principal of a Pre-K to 12 school.
I have also spent over ten years as an AFPA certified personal trainer. I have aided over 50 clients work towards and achieve their fitness goals. My mission with my clients is to help them develop lifelong positive lifestyle changes.
I am also trained as a virtual assistant. In our ever growing world of small business, I provide support for the smaller tasks to allow you to focus on the bigger picture.
