Top Rated is excellent. In less than 24 hrs, he completed my project of determining which phone numbers in a list of over a thousand random numbers were are on the DNC list. This project would have taken me days to do. I have used Top Rated's services before. They are my go to team to handle my large data requirements.

He is a data ninja and very accommodating. He understands the data context and how to compile and arrange it. As an added bonus, he included extra fields that I did not ask for that are actually extremely useful! He also offers a separate job, a Do Not Call scan, that he can apply to the P&C homeowners...

Top Rated Data is top notch! Extremely responsive, communicative, and detail oriented. Very flexible and enjoyable to collaborate with. His DNC check is a small price to pay to reduce litigation risk.

Really great! Out of 500 skip traces I think there was 40 of those without info, but I'm guessing he couldn't get those. Still I would definitely use him again. Very communicative, professional, and quick.
