Freelancer did not deliver agreed upon work. Communicated frequently but never produced agreed up drafts or final files that were in the brief. Produced one PDF document in 30 days with tons of mistakes including the title on the cover. It's crazy that we spoke and he clearly understood the assignment yet produced nothing that was discussed.
