Hello! My name is Christian Sookhan, and through 11+ years of trial and error, multiple international coaching experience and combining my on-going knowledge as a medical doctor holding a bachelors in surgery and medicine as well as a bachelors in Medical Science, I have gained a love for helping and teaching friends, families and anyone seeking advice on their fitness goals.
