Just to clarify — on Fiverr's actual labels, 3 stars is not "Poor." The scale you named earlier (Bad / Not great / Okay / Good / Excellent) puts 3 stars at "Okay," which is what you're going for — a middle, honest rating, not a bad one. "Poor" would be a 1.
