I will design a professional 5 page mobile optimized website for your business.
The mobile site will be based on your current site, and included your logo, maps, offers, Facebook/Twitter links, 1 touch call, specials, etc.
I will also give you a redirect script to be installed by you on your main site.
The site will be hosted on our server for $5/month.
Admin panel access will be provided so you can edit your data.

Good work, but I think it should be clear to anyone ordering that the delivered site is a Wordpress site that is to be hosted on his server at an additional cost of $5 per month, much cheaper than other similar services, this is mentioned on the Gig.
