- Hub Change Project Leadership: Responsible for the seamless transition planning from BUC to Chennai in close collaboration with Senior Project Managers of involved departments. - Project Management for MFM Clients: Assisting in managing projects for the three brands, BWO, MEL, and MIC, to achieve outstanding results. - Partnership Management with S&F: Effective initiation and coordination with our partner company, S&F, for the successful execution of joint customer projects. - HTML5 Banner Order Handling: Capturing HTML5 banner orders, delegating to the development team through Teams Meetings and Jira Tickets, ensuring successful delivery to the customer. - Content Management and Coordination: Efficiently coordinating content management in collaboration with copywriters and transcreation account managers on behalf of our clients. - Internal Knowledge Base: Actively contributing to the creation of an internal wiki, encompassing both internal processes and customer-relevant information. - Process Optimization: Developing innovative solutions for optimizing processes and structures within the realm of Digital Project Management. - Bilingual Support: Ensuring effective communication in both German and English, with both clients and internal teams and colleagues.
