Do I charge for proof of concepts?
Yes, it consumes my time, it is only fair for me to charge buyers for my time and service.
If I don't like your service, do I get refunds?
Yes, I'm confident about the quality of service I deliver. If you do not like my services and the end result, please ask me to get a refund and I will return your entire amount as long as you can explain what you didn't like and why you didn't like it.
Is premium gig the same as your hourly rates?
Yes, they are.
Do you offer just consulting services or do you also do development?
I do both, consulting as well as full hands on development.
What is your process of handling projects?
My process is simple: - Identify Scope - Propose a solution approach and estimates - Agree on timelines - Project execution and testing - User validation and remediation - Final delivery
What happens after project completion?
Once initial project is completed, we will discuss warranty and support agreement which will include: - SLA and timelines - Warranty and Support inclusions/exclusions - Support terms and length of engagement - Support cost
What is the subscription model and how does it benefit me?
The subscription model is simple. You have 2 options: For 3 months, you get 5% discount on hourly rates on the selected service. For 6 months and over, you get 10% discount on hourly rates on the selected service. Please feel free to discuss this with me for more clarification.
